If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right. No hoops. No hassle.
How It Works
Because our products are custom printed and made to order, we're unable to accept physical returns. Instead we handle every issue directly and quickly:
- Damaged or defective product — we replace it immediately at no cost to you. Just email us a photo of the issue and your order number.
- Wrong item received — we ship the correct item right away at no cost to you.
- Not satisfied with your results — contact us within 30 days and we'll issue a full refund. No return required.
What We Can't Cover
- Requests made after 30 days of delivery
- Products purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers
- Promotional or free gift items
