Shipping policy
At Holy Cow Beauty, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly and reliably. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Contact us at support@holycowbeauty.com if you have questions about future availability.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
Standard Shipping — $6.95 Typically arrives within 5–7 business days after processing.
Free Shipping Orders of $59 or more qualify for free standard shipping automatically — no code needed.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
4. Delivery Times
Once processed, standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, carrier delays, or weather conditions outside our control.
5. Order Tracking
After your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please wait 24 hours before contacting us — packages are sometimes scanned as delivered slightly early.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders. Please provide a physical delivery address at checkout. Delivery times to Alaska and Hawaii may be extended beyond standard estimates.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@holycowbeauty.com. We will investigate with the carrier and make it right.
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, take photos immediately and contact us at support@holycowbeauty.com. We will send a replacement as quickly as possible.
8. Address Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@holycowbeauty.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed and shipped. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
